The Gruppo Otologico organizes four courses every year at Piacenza; 2 middle ear and 2 skull base surgical courses in English and Italian. This is a five day event where participants are taught temporal / half head cadaveric dissections, shown live surgeries, video demonstrations and presented with didactic lectures.

The Gruppo Otologico is dedicated to the training of both local and foreign young surgeons. In view of the prestigious and renowned standing of the institute internationally, the institute offers a Fellowship programme. The fellowship programme is a training programme that is offered to ENT & Neurosurgeons who wish to come over to the institute to acquire advance surgical techniques as well as to get involved in research and development.
