At the Gruppo Otologico, research is a way of life. Apart from being a pioneering institute in Otology, Neurotology & Skull Base Surgeries, the institute is also a leading research and publishing house having published in the past, 15 text books, 375 scientific articles in peer reviewed journals and 10 chapters in internationally acclaimed text books. The members of Gruppo Otologico regularly update themselves with the books and research materials provided in the department library which houses over 2000 books and subscribes to over 10 international peer reviewed journals. On an average 10 scientific papers are published each year by the Group.



Over the years, Thieme Medical Publishers and Gruppo Otologico have forged a strong association having published 7 books together the latest being 'Microsurgery of Skull Base Paragangliomas' that was released in 2013 during the 2nd EAORL-HNS Congress in Nice, France, 27th-30th April 2013
